OLIVIER VAN THEMSCHE

FWRD Advisors has been created by french entrepreneur Olivier van Themsche.
Over the past 20 years, Olivier has been building tech companies in the gaming, social, and e-commerce sectors and creating world-class corporate, hospitality and private events.
Since 2008, Olivier has been collaborating with LSV, a US special situations secondaries fund in the private funds universe (hedge funds, private equity, credit...) which has become one of the leaders in the space.
He’s now leveraging this experience as well as his personal network to help innovative companies grow forward.
Kristi Green
Dublin
FRWD’s legal advisor is a highly experienced finance lawyer specialised in debt capital markets and structured finance. Kristi is a member of the Law Society in Ontario, England & Wales and the Cayman Islands.
After several years at global law firms (Freshfields, Linklaters and Clifford Chance), Kristi spent 7 years as a Director within the in-house legal team at Societe Generale CIB.
Through her international career (Canada, France, UK, Cayman Islands, Ireland), Kristi has gained extensive knowledge of law and market practice in European, North American and offshore markets.
